MPLSC is accredited by the American College of Surgeons as Level I ACS Accredited Education Institute. MPLSC is the 4th medical simulation center in Europe that is accredited by the ACS
The primary scope of the center activities is to offer high quality education, teaching, and assessment courses based on state-of-the-art simulation equipment, within a university clinical environment surrounded by multi-professional university team members. By replacing the real medical environment and complementing traditional teaching schemes, MPLSC takes a unique approach toward patient safety, post-evaluation on a variety of routine and rare scenarios, and educational effectiveness based on the utilization of advanced simulators under realistic conditions.
